CLIENT FEEDBACK

"We worked with Travis at TruCraft NW during the “down to the studs” remodel of our home. It is a pleasure to provide a recommendation for those seeking a reliable and conscientious contractor for a home improvement project.

Travis has extensive knowledge of all facets of the remodeling and home building process. He and his team were able to help us achieve our design goals in the most cost-effective manner. His breadth of knowledge about construction is impressive and provided us the needed confidence as navigated some complex areas that arose during our remodel.

Travis requires high standards for construction quality while executing the most cost-effective approach. Most importantly, he holds all his subcontractors to these same rigorous standards.

We enjoyed all aspects of our interactions with Travis during our construction project, even when we had change orders. He was unfailingly kind, positive, diplomatic and responsive to our many requests. We established an important working relationship with Travis during our remodel and gained a new friend in the process."
