MAIN FLOOR RENOVATION

This project was a comprehensive main floor remodel designed to modernize the home, improve flow, and maximize functionality while incorporating high-end finishes and thoughtful custom details. By removing unnecessary walls and reimagining underutilized spaces, the home was transformed into a bright, open, and highly livable environment that seamlessly blends luxury with everyday practicality. The renovation extended from the interior living spaces to the exterior, creating a cohesive, refreshed look throughout the entire home.
Project Highlights & Scope of Work
Removed walls surrounding the formal dining room and front office to create an open, airy main floor layout.
Installed all new white oak hardwood flooring throughout the main level.
Expanded the kitchen toward the rear of the home, including the addition of a new bay window at the sink area.
Repurposed the former breakfast nook, added a 10 1/2' island, and installed solid surface countertops throughout the kitchen.
New 60” Wolf range and a built-in refrigerator as part of the kitchen upgrade
Relocated and significantly expanded the pantry from approximately 3’ x 6’ to 7’ x 11’
Integrated a custom hidden pantry door designed to blend seamlessly with surrounding cabinetry.
Removed the powder bathroom to enlarge the laundry room and incorporate an upscale dog wash spa.
Partially removed stairway walls to create a more open staircase design. Installed new oak stair treads with painted risers and custom steel powder-coated railings.
Designed and built a custom dog bed/kennel beneath the staircase to utilize previously wasted space.
Fully repainted the exterior of the home.
Resurfaced both the back deck and front porch.
Installed new exterior doors and windows to complete the home’s refresh.
